Italy is famous for so many things, but when it comes to food, it’s the most popular and loved one. Italian cuisine is known for its great taste, variation, and uniqueness globally. We can say that Italian is no more just Italian, but the global and people love them. You can find several cuisines globally at the local restaurants easily with rich flavor and variations as well. Pizza is perceived to be a global food. It is not just famous in Italy but all over the globe and comes in multiple flavors as per cultures and preferences. Although Italians do not know the exact evolution of the dish, it appears to be a quick, easy, and cheap snack or meal. As per history when Italian Queen Margherita was on her tour of the kingdom and went through the bustling city, then she asked to try this dish. A local eatery served her the pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil. It was the evolution of margarita pizza. Right now, even in Italy, you can select the toppings and flavor of your own choices. You can select the pizza style from Neapolitan and Roman, thick crust or thin crust likewise.

Italy is not just famous for pizza but does have an exclusive Fiorentina Steak that is also termed as T – Bone Steak. It is made of a special cut of meat from a specific cow raised in some specific region. It makes the cuisine special and exclusive and a reason to keep it limited in Italy and with some signature restaurants. It is not just about the recipe but the quality of meat and its thickness, texture, taste, and overall outcomes. The meat is taken from Chianina cow raised in Tuscany and cooked on average flame for about 5 to 7 minutes to get it cooked at the outside and rare inside. Nowadays, it’s not necessary to be the meat of Chianina Cow but perfect cut meat and cooked well authentically to be served you for a meal.

In Italy, when you have the chance to try it in an authentic style, then why not. Traditionally, lasagna wasn’t made with tomato sauce even today in Italy you will rarely find any traces of tomato in it. It has been the combination of Cheese usually mozzarella, béchamel sauce, and ragu.

Polenta is a corn mush that is almost similar to the grits eaten in southern states of America. Initially, it was made of acorns and buckwheat. It is combined with a wide range of meats and one of the comforting foods to have in the dropping temperatures.

You can try two forms of truffles here, the white truffle with a strong aroma that is rarely available while the black one with a little less aroma but available in abundance.

Other than the types of pasta, Italy is famous for its ultimate range of bread. Having the bread in your meals will make you happy. Moreover, you can go through several types and flavors in them. In the promotion of the Italian baking culture, these bread played a great role and still are doing the best.

Another amazing dish to try here is Ossobuco; it is made of meat, meat stock, veggies, and multiple spices. The ultimate combination and well-cooked cuisines deserved to be loved and tried for once.

Italian coffee has its significance; you will not find it that way, just like your town. Here you will have a huge different and exotic range of coffee flavors and styles too. It’s fun to explore them.
